About us

We established our company in 2002 and since that time it is a private owned Hungarian company.

It operates as subcontractor for a supplier firm in the automotive industry since its formation and its determinant activity is the fitting of “profile rubber hoses” belonging to the heating and cooling system of premium brand cars ( BMW, Daimler-Chrysler, VW Group).

Considering that the automotive industry is one of the most determinant industry branches in Europe – making the strictest demand system for their suppliers – the primary points of view for our company are the quality and the accuracy. The products manufactured by us meet the prevailing requirements for the suppliers of the automotive industry. We inspect and let inspected the conformance to the strict prescriptions during the regular audits. The certification of the ISO 9001 quality management system is in progress, the prospective time of the audit is April 2006. We handle the environmental issues with the highest seriousness and maintain the EMS (Environmental Management System) as the most up-to-date system in our domicile. The domicile of the company is located in the city of Makó, about 30km away from the nearest highway. The domicile constitutes the part of an industrial real estate of 186 000m² totally equipped with public utilities, so it can be extended for any kind of activity almost at any time. The total number of employees is 44 now; from this number 41 persons are manual workers.

Most of the manual staff have been employed by the company from the beginnings, are well skilled by profession and have vocation for the job. The leadership of the company has many years of professional experience, welded well together – and successful.

Thanks to our low prices we had especially significant achievements in the profitable manufacturing of such products, the production of which is uneconomic in their environment, however necessary. The planning, scheduling of the production is aided by the SAP/R3 system.

Our technical solutions guarantee the high quality of the manufactured products and ensure the usability in the long term. The designing and manufacturing of our production tools happens by the help of our cooperation partner specialized for tool engineering and operating in our domicile. Our partner is in possession of all necessary technical background (complex engineering, woodworking industry, plastic processing, pneumatic systems, design and execution of HI-TECH machines), by the help of which the level and quality of the finished products meet the requirements of the automotive industry.

Our technical possibilities and means are available for to perform any required tasks, including also the possible road transport, customs clearance, etc.
